Kremlin: No preconditions for resuming Russia-Ukraine negotiations

Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov stated that there are currently no preconditions for resuming negotiations between Russia and Ukraine.

Peskov addressed the current state of diplomatic efforts to resolve the ongoing conflict between the two countries, Caliber.Az reports per Russian media.

The Kremlin spokesman emphasized that Russia has made it clear on multiple occasions that there is no visible desire from the Ukrainian side to engage in negotiations. According to Peskov, the rhetoric coming from Kyiv indicates a marked reluctance to pursue diplomatic solutions to the conflict.

"We have repeatedly conveyed that the conditions for talks are not being met from the Ukrainian side," Peskov noted.
