Survey shows steady confidence in Putin among Russians at 77.2%

A survey conducted by the All-Russian public opinion research center (VT︠s︡IOM) from September 23 to 29 reveals that the level of trust in President Vladimir Putin among Russians remains stable at 77.2 per cent.

The poll, which included responses from 1,600 adult participants, indicates that public confidence in Putin has not fluctuated from the previous week, Caliber.Az reports via Russian media.

Additionally, the approval rating for the president's overall performance stands at 73.6 per cent, also unchanged.

The activity of the Russian government has received approval from 48.8 per cent of respondents, reflecting a slight increase of 0.1 percentage points.
