A report for minor disorderly conduct has been filed against Yabloko party leader Nikolai Rybakov over damaging a ballot paper during an election.
The report said Rybakov wrote “Yabloko for peace” on the paper.
According to the party’s press service, the administrative case under Part 1 of Article 20.1 of Russia’s Code of Administrative Offences was prompted by his voting at a polling station in St Petersburg on 20 September against all parties.
The case will be heard today by the Vyborg District Court of St Petersburg.
