Mine blast wounds two Armenian illegal armed members in Azerbaijan’s territory

A mine blast has occurred at one of the locations of an illegal Armenian armed formation around Azerbaijan’s Khojavand District in the Karabakh economic zone.
The incident took place on December 19 in the area where Russian peacekeepers are temporarily deployed.
“Two members of the illegal formation were seriously wounded following the explosion. The wounded were taken to a hospital in Khojavand,” Caliber.Az reports, citing related sources.
A gang member named Samvel was said to suffer multiple shrapnel wounds to his face and had one leg amputated.
The sources added that another member of an illegal Armenian group, whose condition is assessed as serious, suffered multiple shrapnel wounds to the head and knee.
