Restoration of Karabakh and East Zangazur to gain more momentum in 2024 Azerbaijan increases budget allocations for this purpose

The government of Azerbaijan announced new package of funds to be allocated for the reconstruction and restoration of the Karabakh and East Zangezur regions next year.

A total of $2.25 billion will be signed off from the 2024 state budget for this purpose.

It will be the fourth consecutive budget allocation to support the restoration of the territories devastated by the war and occupation.
