Spanish racer beats Schumacher's record for longest F1 career

Spanish Alpine racing driver Fernando Alonso has beaten Michael Schumacher's record for the longest career in Formula 1.
The representative of Spain made his debut in the racing series in 2001 at the stage in Australia, according to Lenta.Ru.
On June 12, 2022, he will compete at the Formula 1 Azerbaijan Grand Prix. Thus, he competes in Formula 1 for 21 years, three months and eight days.
Schumacher's career span is 21 years and three months. He last competed at the Brazilian Grand Prix in 2012.
Alonso has been world champion twice, winning the overall Formula 1 title in 2005 and 2006. Schumacher has seven championship titles. Since December 2013, the German-born legend has been recovering from a head injury sustained while skiing.
