Hackers claim full breach of Russian messenger MAX , Company denies leak

Hackers have claimed to have breached the MAX messenger service and obtained its full database, according to Russian online sources.

The group said they acquired 46,203,590 records, representing the entire MAX database, and posted a portion of the data as proof.

However, MAX’s press office denied the claims, calling them false. “MAX user data is securely protected. The information about a leak is fake and being spread by anonymous sources,” the company stated.
