Swedish Tetra Pak sells business in Russia

Packaging maker Tetra Pak has sold the Russian division to local management.

The company cited the inability to maintain operations as the reason for the sale, Kommersant reports.

“In order to ensure the continuity of the business of its customers, as well as to maintain the availability of essential products, the company has decided to transfer its Russian division to the local management team,” the company said in a statement.
