Three years pass since Armenian bombings of Gandja Caliber.Az factsheet

Civilians in the second-largest Gandja city of Azerbaijan suffered heavily the bombings by the separatists in Garabagh and the Armed Forces of Armenia during the 44-day war in 2020.

On October 4, the first missile strike hit Gandja, killing one and wounding 30 others. Arayik Harutunyan, who is currently under custody in Azerbaijan, claimed the responsibility for the bloody assault.

The civilian death toll in the wake of the sttacks stood at 32, and at least 125 others were wounded.
