Armenian gangs supply ammo to combat positions Under protection of Russian peacekeepers / VIDEO

The Caliber.Az editorial office has obtained footage taken on September 5, 2023, on the road on the route Khankendi-Karkijahan-Khalfali.

As seen in the footage, accompanied by the Russian peacekeeping contingent, ammunition and other supplies are being delivered to the separatists' combat positions.

To recap, about 2,000 Russian peacekeepers have been deployed for five years in Garabagh under the trilateral cease-fire deal signed by Baku, Moscow and Yerevan on November 10, 2020. The signed agreement obliged Armenia to withdraw all its troops from the Azerbaijani lands that it had occupied since the early 1990s.

Armenia, contrary to paragraph 4 of the trilateral statement, still does not withdraw the remnants of the Armenian armed forces from the region. Armenia continues to send servicemen to the region in violation of Article 6 of the statement.

Moreover, in order to prevent the transportation of manpower, ammunition, mines, as well as other military equipment from Armenia for illegal Armenian armed groups on the territory of Azerbaijan on April 23, the units of the Azerbaijani State Border Service set up a border checkpoint in its sovereign territories, on the border with Armenia, at the beginning of the Lachin-Khankendi road.
