Azerbaijani, Ukrainian top diplomats discuss regional issues PHOTO

Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov has met with his Ukrainian counterpart Dmytro Kuleba within the framework of participation in the Ukraine Recovery Conference in Switzerland.

During the meeting, the sides discussed topical issues on the agenda of Azerbaijan-Ukraine cooperation and the current regional situation, Report informs, citing the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry press service.

Minister Bayramov informed his Ukrainian counterpart about the latest regional situation, restoration and reconstruction works carried out by Azerbaijan in the territories liberated from occupation, mine threat, steps taken to normalise Azerbaijani-Armenian relations, as well as obstacles in this direction.

The Ukrainian side expressed gratitude for the humanitarian assistance and reconstruction works rendered to the country.

Besides, the meeting saw an exchange of views on other bilateral and regional issues of mutual interest.
