Azerbaijani defence minister oversees combat training of troops

Azerbaijani Defence Minister, Colonel General Zakir Hasanov and Deputy Defence Minister, Lieutenant General Hikmat Mirzayev, who also commands the Land Forces, have reviewed the combat training of troops stationed along the conditional border.

Combat readiness has been maintained at a high standard, with 24-hour shifts organised in accordance with daily operational rules and uninterrupted service, Caliber.Az reports, citing the Azerbaijani Defence Ministry.

Hasanov interacted with the personnel on duty, commending their combat and psychological preparedness. He provided specific directives to improve service-combat operations and enhance vigilance.
