Anti-Pashinyan protests underway in Yerevan "Go away!"/VIDEO
A protest rally is taking place outside the Armenian Parliament building. Baghramyan Avenue is blocked.
Protesters express their disagreement with the policy of the authorities, whom the participants of the action accuse of "non-compliance with the interests of Armenia", Caliber.Az reports citing the Armenian media.
They chanted the slogan "Go away!".
Another protest is also taking place near the government building.
It should be recalled that earlier on September 14, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, speaking in parliament, said that he was ready to sign a document unpopular in the Armenian society in order to ensure peace for the country.
"We want to sign a paper, as a result of which many people will curse us, call us 'traitors', even if the people decide to remove us from power, we will be more satisfied and grateful if as a result of this Armenia receives lasting peace and security with an area of 29,800 square kilometres. If this is secured, I will sign this decision. I am not interested in what will happen to me, I am interested in what will happen to the Republic of Armenia," Pashinyan said.
