Serviceman of Azerbaijani origin killed in Russian-Ukrainian conflict

A serviceman of Azerbaijani origin has been killed in the course of the Russian-Ukrainian conflict.

The relevant information was spread on social networks, Caliber.Az reports, citing local media.

As reported, a native of Mamusta village of Azerbaijan’s Lankaran district Shahmar Huseynov (born in 1984), who participated in the battles as part of the Russian army, died.

On October 9, the body of the deceased will be delivered to the mentioned village for burial.

Earlier, Jeyhun Gasimov (born in 1995), a resident of the village of Gandabil, Zardab district, who participated in the battles as part of the Russian army, was killed as a result of shelling.
