Governor: Two enterprises on fire in Russia’s Krasnodar Region

Two enterprises are on fire in Russia’s Krasnodar Region following a drone attack, with casualties reported, regional authorities said.

Krasnodar Region Governor Veniamin Kondratyev confirmed that the Seversky District had come under a drone attack, reporting that several people were killed and one person was injured and hospitalised in serious condition.

“The Seversky District came under a drone attack. Unfortunately, there are fatalities. Debris from a drone damaged a residential building. In addition, fires were reported at two enterprises in the district. All emergency services are working at the scene,” Kondratyev said.

ASTRA earlier reported that the Ilsky Oil Refinery in the Seversky District was on fire following an attack.

The refinery was previously targeted on August 8, when local authorities said six people were injured by falling drone debris.
