AZAL boosts summer travel with new flights to Türkiye, Europe and beyond
Azerbaijan’s national airline, AZAL, is continuing to expand its flight network, offering passengers even more travel options.
The airline’s press service told Caliber.Az that starting in May, AZAL will increase flight frequencies from Baku to Antalya and Trabzon (Türkiye), Astana (Kazakhstan), Milan (Italy), and Chișinău (Moldova).
The number of flights to the Turkish destinations of Antalya and Trabzon will be increased.
From May 1, four additional weekly flights will be added to the Baku–Antalya route, making the service daily. Starting Monday, May 12, the frequency of flights to Trabzon will increase to five times per week.
Also, from May 12, an additional flight will be added on the Baku–Astana–Baku route, bringing the total number of weekly flights to four.
Under the summer schedule, AZAL is also increasing flight frequencies to European cities. Since April 1, Baku–Milan–Baku flights have been operating six times a week, and starting May 13, they will become daily.
In response to growing demand, the number of flights on the Baku–Chișinău–Baku route increased to five times per week in April 2025. From early May, flights will be operated six times a week, and starting May 12, daily.
Tickets are available on AZAL’s official website www.azal.az, through the airline’s mobile app, at ticket offices, and via AZAL’s accredited agents.
