Azerbaijan now member of influential UNESCO programme's coordinating council

Azerbaijan has been elected as a member of the International Coordinating Council of the UNESCO Man and the Biosphere Programme (MAB) for 2023-2027.

Caliber.Az informs that the announcement came on November 16 by the Permanent Delegation of Azerbaijan to UNESCO.

“Congratulations, Azerbaijan has been elected to the UNESCO International Coordinating Council of the Programme on Man and the Biosphere (MAB) for the term 2023-2027 with 110 votes," the delegation wrote on X.
