Azerbaijani official takes part in ministerial meeting as part of COP28 conference

Chairman of the Azerbaijani State Committee on Urban Planning and Architecture Anar Guliyev has taken part in the ministerial meeting within the 28th session of the Conference of the Parties to the UN Framework Convention on Climate Change (COP28) in Dubai.

The meeting is aimed at determining goals on the proper distribution of financial resources between government agencies to respond to climate change, the State Committee told Report.

The Ministerial Meeting on Urbanisation and Climate Change brought together ministers from more than 50 countries and nearly 1,000 experts working on urban climate resilience.
