Budapest sets stage for Turkic states summit, with Azerbaijani President Aliyev in attendance PHOTO

The Informal Summit of the Heads of State of the Organization of Turkic States (OTS) kicked off on May 21 in Budapest, the capital of Hungary.

President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev is attending the event, Caliber.Az reports via local media.

Prime Minister of Hungary Viktor Orbán welcomed President Ilham Aliyev.
