Envoy: 18 Ukrainian children arrive in Azerbaijan for rehabilitation

Eighteen Ukrainian children have arrived in Azerbaijan for rehabilitation and recovery programmes, Ukraine’s ambassador to Baku said.

Since the start of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, a total of 594 children have now benefited from Azerbaijan’s support, care and hospitality, Ambassador Yuriy Husyev said in a post on X.

Husyev thanked Azerbaijan and all those involved in assisting Ukrainian children, describing the efforts as an expression of solidarity amid the ongoing war.
