Organised by the European Union Delegation to Azerbaijan in collaboration with the Young European Ambassadors network, this year’s event has received applications from more than 130 teams, totaling over 520 participants. The competition brings together school pupils and university students, offering a platform to deepen knowledge about Europe, its values, and its cultural diversity, Caliber.Az reports via local media.
At the opening ceremony, EU Ambassador to Azerbaijan Marijana Kujundzic highlighted the EU’s commitment to supporting the country’s youth and fostering mutual understanding and cooperation.
She noted that young people play a key role in building bridges between societies, and that initiatives such as this help promote the exchange of knowledge and experience.
