Macron receives Armenian organisations council co-chairs

French President Emmanuel Macron received on January 24 the Co-Chairs of the Coordinating Council of Armenian Organizations in France (CCAF), Ara Toranian and Murad Papazian.

The sides talked about the situation on the Lachin road, as well as the alleged "threats to the territorial integrity of Armenia", Caliber.Az reports, citing the Armenian media.

"Activists of the Armenian diaspora thanked the President of France for the attention paid to them, stated the need for assistance from France and expressed the hope that Paris would increasingly take on the task of protecting the population of Karabakh," the report says.
