Ukraine reportedly installs flag in Kozacha Lopan

The Russian military is being evacuated along with the population from Kozacha Lopan settlement of Ukraine's Kharkiv region.

Ukraine's flag was installed in the settlement, RBC-Ukraine reports on September 11 referring to the Derhachi City Council’s message on Facebook.

Earlier, Derhachi mayor Vyacheslav Zadorenko said that the Russian military had begun evacuating from the settlement.

"According to our information, the Russians flee from Kozacha Lopan to Belgorod and evacuate the local population. We are waiting for official information from the General Staff," Zadorenko added.
