Ukrainian troops shoot down two Russian cruise missiles

The anti-aircraft missile troops of the "Zapad" Air Command of Ukraine’s Armed Forces destroyed two cruise missiles, launched by Russian troops in the Western region of Ukraine on Monday.

The information was confirmed by the “Zapad” Air Command, Ukrinform reports.

“On the morning of April 25, from the south-east, several missile attacks on the Western region were launched by the invaders from strategic aircraft, presumably Tu-95, to destroy critical infrastructure facilities,” the Command said in a statement, adding two cruise missiles were hit before hitting targets.
