SOCAR, TPAO hail rapidly developing cooperation in all spheres PHOTO

President of State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic (SOCAR) Rovshan Najaf has met with a delegation of Türkiye Petrolleri Anonim Ortaklığı (TPAO) headed by President Melih Han Bilgin.

The satisfaction with the strong friendly and fraternal relations between Azerbaijan and Türkiye, strategic partnership at a high level was expressed at the meeting, Report informs citing SOCAR.

The cooperation is rapidly developing in all spheres, including the energy sector.

TPAO, one of the first foreign investors in Azerbaijan, has successfully cooperated with SOCAR in such strategically important projects as Azeri-Chirag-Gunashli, Shah Deniz, Baku-Tbilisi-Ceyhan, South Caucasus Pipeline over the past years.

The views on SOCAR’s activity in Türkiye, the Southern Gas Corridor project, as well as various topics of mutual interest, were exchanged during the meeting.

In conclusion, a number of cooperation documents were signed between SOCAR and TPAO.
