Official: Garabagh Armenians to enjoy state services, equal rights as Azerbaijani citizens

Chairman of the State Agency for Public Service and Social Innovations under the Azerbaijani President Ulvi Mehdiyev has said that the Armenian residents of Garabagh will be able to use state services.

Mehdiyev reminded that Baku put forward specific conditions according to which every Armenian living in the Garabagh region will be considered a citizen of Azerbaijan if he agrees to live in line with the Constitution and legislation of the country, Report informs.

"The Armenian residents of Garabagh will be able to enjoy state services and all rights on an equal footing with other citizens. When the time comes, 'ASAN xidmat' centres will also operate in these territories," he said.
