Azerbaijan, Iran review energy cooperation, joint projects
Azerbaijan and Iran have discussed the development of bilateral energy cooperation and reviewed ongoing joint projects, according to Azerbaijan’s Minister of Energy Parviz Shahbazov.
Shahbazov said on X that he met with Iranian Deputy Minister of Oil and CEO of the National Iranian Gas Company Saeid Tavakoli to assess progress on existing cooperation frameworks and shared initiatives in the energy sector, Caliber.Az reports.

He stated that the discussions focused on expanding bilateral energy cooperation, reviewing the implementation of items on the cooperation agenda, and evaluating the status of joint projects between the two countries.
