Azerbaijan proposes to create Turkic Investment Fund, Turkic Trading House

Azerbaijani First Deputy Economy Minister Elnur Aliyev has said that Azerbaijan’s initiatives of strengthening cooperation with member states of the Organisation of Turkic States in the field of transport, investments, digitalisation, etc. have been recently intensifying.

Aliyev made these remarks at a meeting of the Ministers of Economy and Trade of the Organisation of Turkic States and the Business Forum of the Turkic World in Istanbul, Report informs.

“In this regard, the establishment of the Turkic Investment Fund, the Turkic Trading House, simplification of trade procedures, digital trade, the creation of a platform for cooperation between free economic and industrial zones of our countries are important initiatives in expanding economic ties,” the deputy minister noted.

He added that Azerbaijan’s partnership with Turkic-speaking countries is being expanded in several spheres, including economy and trade.
