Azerbaijan, US eye joint platform to boost Middle Corridor connectivity
Azerbaijan’s Minister of Digital Development and Transport, Rashad Nabiyev, met in the United States with Adebayo Ogunlesi, Founding Partner, Chairman, and Chief Executive Officer of Global Infrastructure Partners (GIP), and Eric Varvel, Partner and Global Head of Capital Formation Group at GIP, to discuss development of the Middle Corridor.
Nabiyev shared details of the meeting on his official Facebook page, Caliber.Az reports.
“During the meeting, we discussed the regional opportunities created by the development of the Middle Corridor, digital transformation, and energy projects. We also exchanged views on establishing a joint investment platform in the fields of transport, logistics, digital infrastructure, and data centers,” the minister noted.
