Blogger: Catholicos proposes to flood Armenia with blood for power change
Armenian blogger Roman Baghdasaryan has written that the information went viral about the opposition delegates sent to the Catholicos.
The opposition leaders and Karekin II discussed the changing of power in Armenia, Caliber.Az reports citing Baghdasaryan’s message on Facebook.
“We learned that the issue related to the leader of the movement for a change of power was discussed during the meeting. By the way, discussions around this issue were quite intensive as many oppositionists want to become ‘heroes’ by becoming leaders. A decision was made to actively involve Armenians sent from Garabagh to Armenia to protest on the streets. The issue of receiving phone numbers of Garabagh residents by the Russians was also discussed.
During the discussions, Karekin II said that only by taking to the streets, they will be unable to achieve Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan’s resignation and that power must be taken through bloodshed. By the way, the church took this position on this issue long ago. One of the media outlets reported about an interview with leader of the Shirak Diocese Mikayel Ajaphyan a few days ago.
A military coup must be carried out. A decision was made to use the Garabagh residents to participate in rallies and a coup. There were opinions that the Garabagh people are emotional and should be used to protest on the streets and then in clashes with the policemen,” Baghdasaryan wrote.
