EU mission in Armenia turns into NATO mission Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson says
Russian Foreign Ministry Spokesperson Maria Zakharova has said that the EU mission in Armenia is turning a NATO mission.
"The EU mission in Armenia is essentially being turned into a NATO mission by the efforts of Westerners. For demonstrating some kind of demand for the bloc, leaders of member states are whipping up anti-Russian hysteria, urging to prepare for a military conflict with our country, investing huge funds in the military-industrial complex against the backdrop of obvious economic problems," Zakharova told a briefing, Caliber.Az reports.
NATO, according to Zakharova, has promised a lot to various countries - Serbia, Ukraine. Those who were able to prevent this message, under the guise of which was the destruction of statehood, society and economy have stood firm.
"Those who could not or did not want to, such as Ukraine, have collapsed," Zakharova noted.
