"Hraparak": General Garamyan among detained by Azerbaijan
Some time ago, information was circulated that the former commander of the occupation forces of Armenia in the Garabagh region of Azerbaijan was detained by the special services of Azerbaijan, the Hraparak daily writes.
"We have received information that Azerbaijanis have also captured Lieutenant General, former Secretary of the Security Council of 'NKR' Arshavir Garamyan," the newspaper said, according to Caliber.Az.
Earlier, Narek Samsonian, president of the Civil Consciousness NGO wrote on Facebook that Levon Mnatsakanyan, former commander of Armenian occupation forces in the Garabagh region of Azerbaijan, has been detained by Azerbaijani law enforcement agencies.
"Lieutenant General Levon Mnatsakanyan was captured not so long ago by Azerbaijanis at a checkpoint travelling from Garabagh to Armenia.
I have no doubt that both General Mnatsakanyan and Ruben Vardanyan were taken prisoner on the direct orders of the treacherous regime (meaning the Pashinyan government, - ed.)," the political analyst writes.
