Israel hits Hezbollah rocket launchers in southern Lebanon VIDEO

The Israel Defense Forces (IDF) said it carried out overnight airstrikes targeting Hezbollah rocket launchers in southern Lebanon, claiming the systems were loaded and prepared for immediate firing.

According to the military, the strikes hit three separate locations north of the Forward Defense Line, in the areas of Deir El Zahrani, Reman, and Al-Saamiya.

The IDF stated that the launchers posed an “immediate threat” to both Israeli civilians and military personnel.

The IDF said the operation was part of ongoing efforts to eliminate what it described as imminent security threats emanating from southern Lebanon and to prevent attacks against Israel.
