Israel unveils casualties during Swords of Iron war

As of January 31, 560 servicemen have died since the beginning of Israel's Swords of Iron war.

Some 223 of them died in battles in the Gaza Strip, according to Detaly.co.il.

Around 2,797 military personnel have been wounded, 424 of them - severely wounded since the beginning of the war. Some 1,283 soldiers were wounded, 260 of them - severely injured during the ground operation.

There are currently 378 servicemen in hospitals. Some 35 of them are in severe condition, 240 - in moderate condition, while 103 – in mild condition.
