Japan's foreign minister to embark on seven-nation tour

Japanese Foreign Minister Yoko Kamikawa will make a foreign tour from January 5 to 17, during which she will visit Germany, Poland, Finland, the Netherlands, Türkiye, the USA and Canada.
In Poland, Kamikawa intends to meet with her counterpart Radoslaw Sikorski and discuss with him the possibility of further support for Ukraine, TASS reports.
In the Netherlands, the Japanese foreign minister is scheduled to meet with UN International Court of Justice President Joan Donoghue and International Criminal Court prosecutor Karim Khan.
In the USA, she will be received by Secretary of State Anthony Blinken to discuss the situation in Ukraine and the Middle East.
