Karabakh University unveils new logo symbolising continuous development
Karabakh University, located in Azerbaijan’s Khankendi city, has officially presented its new logo, a design that embodies the institution's commitment to power and continuous development.
The logo, which prominently resembles a shield, symbolizes strength and resilience. It features the letters "K" and "U," representing the university's name in English. Notably, the upward-pointing arrow formed by the merging of these letters signifies the university's dedication to ongoing progress and advancement, Caliber.Az reports, citing local media.
The creative mind behind this striking logo is Abdulkhalig Mammadli, who has successfully captured the essence of Karabakh University’s mission and vision.
On September 23, the educational process started at the university.
A total of 1,104 students have been admitted to the university's bachelor's degree in the 2024/2025 academic year. An acceptance rate is 98.5 per cent.
Karabakh University is currently housed in three educational buildings. The main building accommodates the faculties of Education, Engineering, Humanities and Social Sciences, Economics, and Tourism. The second building is home to the Faculty of Arts, while the third building - the International Linguistic Centre.
