Legendary multiplayer shooting game turns 23

Counter-Strike shooter game has turned 23 years since its inception in 1999.
The game was originally released in a Half-Life mod developed by Vietnamese-Canadian videogame programmer Minh Le (a.k.a. Gooseman) and American videogame designer Jess Cliffe, according to Oxu.Az.
Its beta version was released on June 19, 1999. Later, the developer company Valve hired the creators of Counter-Strike and bought the rights to the shooter game.
Counter-Strike 1.0 was released on November 9, 2000.
