Russian wheat shipped to Armenia via Azerbaijan UPDATED
Today, a shipment of Russian wheat was sent to Armenia via transit through Azerbaijan.
The train, consisting of five wagons, departed from Bilajari station in the suburbs of Baku, Caliber.Az reports via local media.
The total weight of the cargo is 350 tonnes. The train will continue through Boyuk-Kasik station in Georgia before reaching Armenia.
Previously, over 23,000 tonnes of grain, 1,000 tonnes of fertilisers, and 68 tonnes of buckwheat were sent from Russia to Armenia via Azerbaijan.
The last shipment of Russian wheat through Azerbaijan to Armenia took place on March 19, with 488 tonnes transported.

The train will depart from Bilajari Railway Station under Azerbaijan Railways JSC, pass through Boyuk Kasik Railway Station into Georgia, and then continue toward Armenia.
The last transit shipment of Russian grain through Azerbaijan occurred on March 19, delivering 488 tons to Armenia.
