Slovenia responds to Russia’s decision to add it to 'unfriendly countries' list
The Slovenian Foreign Ministry has expressed regret over the inclusion of the country in yet another list of "unfriendly countries" of Russia.
The Ministry claims that this will not affect the presence of diplomatic and administrative and technical staff at the embassy in Moscow, the Slovenian Press Agency reported.
Slovenia, along with many other countries, was included in the list of "unfriendly states" of Russia, which was created in March against the background of the "military operation" in Ukraine. This led to financial restrictions. Now Slovenia, Greece, Denmark, Croatia, and Slovakia are on the list of unfriendly countries, which was created in 2021. Earlier it included only two states - the United States and the Czech Republic. The countries on this list are subject to hiring restrictions.
