Türkiye eliminates dangerous terrorist in Syria
Türkiye's National Intelligence Organisation (MIT) has conducted another successful operation to neutralise particularly dangerous terrorists abroad.
MIT employees eliminated one of the leaders of the Syrian wing of the PKK–YPG terrorist organisation, Ersin Shahin, by the call sign "Serdem Pir-Serhat Harun", Caliber.Az quotes ÖzelBirlikler as saying on Twitter.
Ersin Shahin joined the PKK ranks in 2014, and three years later moved from Iraq to Syria, where he was engaged in subversive activities and organising attacks.
The name of this terrorist appeared in a number of cases on the investigation of terrorist attacks against Turkish servicemen.
