Turkish Navy helicopter makes forced landing in Mediterranean during military drills
A Turkish Navy SH-70 helicopter was forced to make an emergency landing in the sea due to a technical malfunction while conducting operations off the coast of Antalya.
According to Defence Turk, the incident occurred during the DENİZKURDU-II/2025 military exercises, which involve various maritime operations, Caliber.Az reports.

The helicopter was performing flight missions as part of these exercises when the technical issue arose, leading to the emergency sea landing.
The four pilots aboard the helicopter were reported to be in good health following the emergency. They were promptly rescued and transferred to a nearby hospital for routine medical checks and further examination.
