Yemen’s Houthis attack three commercial ships
Spokesperson for the Yemeni Armed Forces, Brigadier General Yahya Saree has announced that Yemen's missile and naval forces carried out three operations targeting three ships in the Gulf of Aden, the Indian Ocean, and the Arabian Sea.
In the Gulf of Aden, two Israeli vessels, MSC GINA and MSC DEGO, were targeted in a joint operation between the naval and missile forces, using a number of ballistic missiles and drones, achieving direct hits, according to Al Mayadeen.
The Yemeni Armed Forces' Missile Force also carried out two operations targeting the MSC VITTORIA in the Indian Ocean initially, then in the Arabian Sea, confirming a direct hit.
Saree stated that these operations came to champion the Palestinian Resistance in solidarity with the people of Palestine, and in response to the US-UK aggression against Yemen.
He further affirmed the continued commitment of the Yemeni Armed Forces to counter Israeli maritime activity in the region of operations, until the aggression stops and the siege is lifted on the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip.
