Azerbaijan’s victory in one day unique historical event - Georgian pundit

The treacherous terrorist act committed by bandit detachments of Armenian separatists on September 19 deeply shocked not only the Azerbaijani people, but also us. The successful completion in a short period of time of local anti-terrorist measures, initiated by the Azerbaijani army in Karabakh, was good news for all peace-loving people. The victory of the Azerbaijani army in one day is a unique historic event. Azerbaijan has restored its territorial integrity and constitutional rights in all its territories. I congratulate the brotherly Azerbaijani people and all my friends on this victory.

In his opinion, the thoughts expressed by Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev in his address to the people on September 20 about the future of the South Caucasus became a serious signal for the whole world, Georgian political expert, lawyer Levan Chikheidze told Azertac.

“We are confident that the end of this conflict will contribute to the resolution of other conflicts, and the peoples of the region will live in peace and stability. Truly, the era of war is over, now the era of cooperation, prosperity and development begins. We hope that the meeting in Yevlakh will lead to successful results and create the basis for the signing of a peace agreement in the near future,” Levan Chikheidze emphasized.
