Azerbaijan national day organized at Expo 2023, Doha

Azerbaijan's National Day was organized at the International Horticultural Exhibition Expo 2023, Doha in Qatar on February 22.

Expo 2023 Doha Qatar, which started operating on October 2, 2023 and will run until March 28, 2024, is organized under the theme "Green Desert, Better Environment" (Green Desert, Better Environment), which aims to promote and support sustainable innovations to combat desertification, APA reports.

Among the pavilions operating at the Doha Expo was the Azerbaijan pavilion, which was installed with the joint organization of the Heydar Aliyev Center and the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources.

As part of the National Day organized at the Doha Expo, the delegation led by the assistant to the Azerbaijani President Anar Alakbarov met with Qatar's State Minister Hamad bin Abdulaziz Al-Kawari, Minister of Culture Sheikh Abdul Rahman bin Hamad Al Thani, Minister of Municipality Abdullah bin Hamad bin Abdullah Al Attiya, and Doha Expo 2023 Commissioner General Bader bin Omar Al Dafa. They discussed Azerbaijan’s experience in Expo exhibitions, as well as its successful participation in Doha Expo 2023.
