At least 15 killed in passenger bus crash in Türkiye

A major accident on Türkiye's Tarsus-Adana-Gaziantep highway occurred on August 20.

A passenger bus crashed into an ambulance and a fire truck, as well as an Ihlas news agency vehicle.

As a result, 15 people were killed and 22 others injured.

The accident happened around 10:45, Anadolu Agency reports.

After colliding with other cars, the bus overturned. The dead include three firefighters, two medical workers, and two journalists, said Gaziantep Governor Davut Gul. All of the victims have been hospitalized. The cause of the accident is unknown.
