Azerbaijan resettles 25 more families to Zabukh village of Lachin district PHOTO/UPDATED
Another group of people sent to Zabukh village of Lachin district from the Gobu Park 3 residential complex in Garadagh district of Baku has arrived in the village.
Apartment keys have been presented to the people resettled in Zabukh, the Azerbaijani State Committee for Affairs of Refugees and Internally Displaced People told APA.
Thanks to the victory won by the valiant Azerbaijani army under the leadership of victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief, Azerbaijani President Ilham Aliyev, the former IDPs got an opportunity to return to their houses voluntarily, safely and with dignity after 30 years.
Residents of renewed and comfortable Zabukh, covered by comprehensive state care, expressed deep gratitude to victorious Supreme Commander-in-Chief, President Aliyev and First Vice-President Mehriban Aliyeva, the valiant Azerbaijani army, the heroic soldiers and officers who liberated the Azerbaijani lands from occupation and revered the memory of Azerbaijani martyrs.
The residents will settle in new houses built in the village. So far, 25 families, namely, 92 people have been resettled to Zabukh village. Thus, 146 families (568 people) will permanently live in Zabukh.
Six families (20 people) from Barda district, three families (10 people) from Sumgayit city, one family (four people) from Lankaran district, one family (four people) from Mingachevir city, one family (four people) from Agjabadi district joined the migration caravan.
