Belarus denies violation of Poland's border by Lukashenko's security helicopters
Belarusian helicopters, including those allegedly belonging to the guard of Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, did not violate the border with Poland.
Belarusian Foreign Ministry's spokesman Anatoly Glaz told TASS.
The former head of the Polish government (1996-1997), and member of the European Parliament Wlodzimierz Cimoszewicz said on the air of RMF FM radio that the two helicopters, which, according to the Polish side, violated the air border with Poland on August 1, belong to the guard of the President of Belarus.
"Yesterday, the Polish Charge d'Affaires at our Foreign Ministry was shown and explained everything in maximum detail according to the data of objective control. There was no entry into the Polish territory, there was simply no such fact. Therefore, the assumptions of Wlodzimierz Cimoszewicz do not correspond to reality in any part," said the official representative of the Belarusian Foreign Ministry.
On August 1, the Polish government stated that two Belarusian military helicopters had violated the Polish air border near Bialowieza.
