Bulgaria’s CSKA Sofia to face Azerbaijan’s Qarabağ FK without fans

Bulgarian soccer team CSKA Sofia will be without travelling supporters for the first leg of their UEFA Europa League second qualifying round tie against Azerbaijani soccer club Qarabağ FK in Baku.

The Bulgarian side will travel to Baku without its fans after UEFA banned them from attending the team's next away match, Caliber.Az reports, citing local media.

The sanction was imposed following the misconduct of CSKA Sofia supporters during the second leg of the Europa League first qualifying round against Derry City.

The first leg between Qarabağ FK and CSKA Sofia will be played in Baku on July 23, with the return match scheduled for July 30 in Sofia.
