Cavusoglu: Post-Karabakh war developments show some conflicts "frozen"

Turkish Foreign Minister Mevlut Cavusoglu has said that developments after the Second Karabakh War showed that some conflicts are "frozen".

He said this, speaking at a meeting with students of Bilkent University on the topic "Türkiye's foreign policy in conditions of global uncertainty", Report informs.

"What happened after the Second Karabakh War, as well as the war in Ukraine, showed that some conflicts are 'frozen'," he said.

The minister noted that in modern diplomacy, crises and political systems replace each other: "The processes are developing very quickly. Sometimes we cannot provide tracking of all processes."
