Hamas accuses ICC prosecutor Karim Khan of bias
Hamas has criticized International Criminal Court (ICC) prosecutor Karim Khan, who recently visited Israel and Palestine.
The corresponding statement appeared on the official Telegram channel of the organization.
The report indicates that during the trip to the Middle East, the representative of the international authority visited only the Jewish state and Palestine. At the same time, the prosecutor refused to travel to the Gaza Strip.
Members of the movement emphasized that as a result, Karim Khan did not bother to familiarize himself with Hamas's position on the conflict. Such a decision, according to the Palestinian organization, contradicts the fundamental principles of justice.
“We strongly condemn Karim Khan’s statements and his bias in favour of false and misleading Israeli narratives,” the movement’s statement said.
